Villa Mirano (CIR 001194-BEB-00003 CIN IT001194C1PAS6ZITV DATI CATASTALI F 48 P 19 S 1 COD.COMUNE G691 ) is an old country house located near the center of Piossasco, a town near Turin, halfway between the capital of Piedmont and the beautiful and elegant city of Pinerolo famous for panettone, chivalry and for being the birthplace of the comedian Macario.
The Villa certainly dates back to the second half of the 18th century, since it was already listed in the Napoleonic archives. It owes its name to Carlo Gaetano Mirano, an illustrious guest who lived there from 1880 to 1912, and who is remembered by an inscription on the west side of the house. The current owners bought it in 1997, and have been working hard to restore the building, which had been abandoned for almost 40 years.
The owners, lovers of travel and cultural exchanges, after having traveled for years and have experienced the experience of the Anglo-Saxon Bed and Breakfast wanted to propose this formula by providing their guests not only their home but also their experiences accumulated during their travels through northern Europe and the United States. Open to all cultures speak English and French.
